Standing Order
You approve the work once. It goes out every day after that, in your typography, on your channels, without anyone opening a laptop.
What this is
You already know what you should be posting. The work is knowing it and then doing it, at the same hour, every day, for a year, while running the actual business. That is where it stops.
Standing Order removes the daily decision. Your material goes in once. After that a system drafts each piece in your voice, sets it in your brand's typography over sourced public-domain imagery, and sends it to you for approval before anything reaches an audience. You read it and tap approve. It posts to your text channels simultaneously, and hands you finished video ready to upload.
Built and operated for you. Nothing to install, nothing to learn, no seat to log into.
Proof
Bearer Instrument is a monetary history archive published by this company. It posts twice a day to Telegram and X without anyone touching it, recognizes anniversaries on its own, and renders the same material as vertical video. Every piece comes out of the system described on this page.
It is not a demo built for a sales page. It is the production system, and you can see what it produces before you decide anything.
Included
Your typefaces, colors, and mark, set into every piece the system produces. It looks like it came from your studio because the template was built from your brand, not a stock layout.
Public-domain archival photography pulled per topic from the Library of Congress, composited with legibility treatment. No stock subscription, no licensing exposure.
Each piece arrives in your phone before it publishes. Approve it, or ignore it and it doesn't go out. You keep editorial control without keeping the workload.
The same piece rendered for short-form video, with ambient audio, sized for Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. It arrives finished on your phone ready to upload — no editing, no export, no software.
A calendar of anniversaries and observances relevant to your industry. On those days the system leads with them instead of the normal rotation.
It runs on infrastructure I maintain. Monitoring, platform API changes, renewals, and failures are handled before you notice them. You are not inheriting a system to administer.
Rate schedule

How it starts
A written brief on what you want said and what you never want said. Bring your brand files if you have them. If you don't, that gets handled in the build. All correspondence by email.
Template, topics, calendar, and channel access. You see sample output and change anything before a single piece is public.
Two weeks supervised while the topic rotation settles. After that it's yours, running, and my job is keeping it that way.
